Eye Candyie Return Policy

Merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding “final sale” or “as-is” items, gift cards (except where required by law), and gift boxes) within 60 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt, or the date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Customer identification may be required solely to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. In the event we elect to honor a refund or exchange without proof of purchase, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest historical selling price for the returned merchandise when factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied. You will be limited to $250 in non-receipted returns within 90 days (excluding defective merchandise). Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, except that merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns. If you used multiple forms of payment, refunds will be applied in the following order (as applicable): (i) merchandise cards/gift cards; (ii) credit cards; (iii) check; (iv) cash. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective. When unworn and in original packaging or with original ticketing attached and sanitary shields (if any) attached; we do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. If we elect to honor a refund without original ticketing, the refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise card. Merchandise purchased on another offsite website may only be returned in such locations. Merchandise purchased on a full-priced website may only be returned in such locations. Products purchased online via BorderFree may only be returned online. Merchandise purchased via PayPal may be returned to that site or returned via mail using the main source of buyers’ choice. If you have further shipping questions, please contact us. All Return Shipping and handling charges on your purchase will be solely the buyer’s responsibility.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Merchandise marked final sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise prices ending in .95 indicate final sale.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different item within 60 days of your original purchase, you may email candyierootz@eyecandyie.com to place your order with one of our Sales Consultants. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above.


If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 60 days of your original purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email your product concern to: {candyierootz@eyecandyie.com} to start the process of egliable returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
